Bitdefender is the best you can install in your electronic devices.

Been using bitdefender for years, and have been given notifications on preventing me from clicking on the wrong link, or processing into the wrong pages. Recently Bitdefender blocked a malware that would of freeze my laptop and stolen my photos and information. This was the same link I later found out that a not so lucky friend got into using another antivirus. Thank you Bitdefender for providing years of protection in my technology online life and for saving me from that malware headache.

Good for Antivirus and Website filtering, but not much else.

Setup is easy, the app is slick, the antivirus and site filtering works to an extent (I am not a hacker or antivirus app reviewer, and have not thrown viruses, etc at it to test it. This is more of a complaint/feature request than a complete review.

My main issue is with the Box's logs. It provides basic logs of what it blocks antivirus-wise, but no actual network logs to use for troubleshooting network issues. As an example, the network is running super slow for wireless. I have to work around the Box, using other devices, etc, to determine if it causing the issue or something else. For a basic Plug N' Play router it is OK, but adding it to a home network with other networking devices, it lacks in transparency.

My wife’s phone was not on the Bitdefender Box last evening and her phone was taken over by a “malicious host’. Now she is blocked from visiting her favorite news site this morning, with a message saying her IP address has a “bad reputation” My phone was protected!

When you try to access customer service quick help guides you once again stall out and the page will not load. Before customer service comes on here and gives the blanket please contact us, reread the above issue. Me calling you will not change it from what it is. Yes all required apps were used.

Excellent. This is the consumer version of their enterprise product, Gravity Zone. Great insight and management for a variety of devices and operating systems. In the 18 months of using it I have not had any issues. Currently managing 42 devices, Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. It helps me to identify issues in real time and prevent them from becoming a problem. Bitdefender may not be a household word like other security products, but their detection, protection and remediation is outstanding.

First of all the bit Defender Box 2 has all sorts of connection issues, downloading and uploading documents from both Android and Apple mobile devices is impossible. A majority of the apps on these devices also have issues connecting when using the bit Defender Box 2 as the router, if I turn off the WiFi and use mobile data, the apps work flawlessly. The bit Defender central app itself is junk filled with vapor ware, the scan network ability doesn't recognize 99% of the devices connected the net
